No. Sigill produces the file — you file it yourself with Finansinspektionen or the EBA, exactly as you do today.
This matters because the button is called Submit: in Sigill, submitting means the report is sealed here, not transmitted to the authority. The intended flow is:
- Complete the report.
- Validate it.
- Generate — download the file and file it with the authority.
- Submit — record in Sigill that this has been done.
Direct filing to the authority does not exist today.
